3. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate consumption of AI API resources, we do not offer refunds for consumed credits or partial subscription periods.

4. Usage Rights: Depending on your active subscription plan, you are granted commercial rights to use the generated audio and scripts for your advertising campaigns.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations.
