V12 TURBO ADS

This document establishes the terms for using V12 Turbo Ads, operated by GOODZYLLA WORLDWIDE SRL (VAT/CUI: RO43102624), located at 18D, Mesteacanului Street, Ordoreanu, Ilfov County, 077062, Romania.

1. Service Delivery: The agency commits to delivering the final audio assets within 24 to 48 business hours from the submission of a complete brief via our portal. Delivery times may vary in case of unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified promptly.

2. Revision Policy: The "Single Lap" package includes 1 revision. "Podium Pack" and "Agency Retainer" include a maximum of 3 revisions per ad. Revisions cover adjustments to tone, pacing, or minor script tweaks. Complete changes to the original creative direction requested in the brief require the purchase of a new track.

3. Payments & Retainer Subscriptions: All payments are processed upfront securely via Stripe. "Agency Retainer" subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis. Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time via the client portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Funds paid for the active month are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights: Upon full payment and delivery, GOODZYLLA WORLDWIDE SRL grants the client full commercial rights to use the generated audio materials. The client assumes full legal responsibility for the claims, offers, and promises promoted through the materials generated based on their brief.

1. Data Collection: We collect your name and email address strictly for account creation, order communication, and asset delivery. Your data will never be sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Payment Processing: We do not store or process your credit card details. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com), ensuring full compliance with PCI security standards.

3. Commercial Brief Confidentiality (Implicit NDA): We acknowledge the sensitive nature of marketing strategies. The product details, offers, and strategies you input in the Briefing Room are treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively as working material to produce your ads. We will not use your finalized assets in our public portfolio without your explicit consent.
